The project is to download financial documents from SEC via EDGAR. The script should be written in Python and all information to be downloaded to database (ready for proposals but should be free one and scalable and easy to use in calculations/valuations). The important point is that this project is part of other project hence it should be added to other projects easily, hence requested language is Python. There are already some scripts in internet.
