Role: Business Development Representative (BDR) Job Description: Your role is to make calls to real estate agents and book demos for the sales team. You will be given all the necessary tools and training to be able to perform your job. You will be working remotely and the following will be provided to you: - Lead lists with Names and Phone Numbers to call - Call Script and Daily Training - Daily connect with the manager to plan out goals for the day - Phone number and calling systems to make outbound calls Requirements: - Must have Native level fluency in English - Must have own laptop and internet - High energy, highly motivated, and confident in conversations over the telephone Benefits: Be a part of a fast-growing startup in the real estate space Daily training and resources will be provided to help you grow and develop as a sales professional
