Blog commenting project.. on-going for the right candidate!

I need 120 blog comments on the same niche. I have 5 url with keywords on each. Will send the blog on PMB. Here are the guidelines: *The comments must be on DO-FOLLOW blogs *High quality, relevant comments *20 comments on blogs that are relevant to the keyword *All comments must be approved *No automated software - Links must be built manually. *Must use exact keyword phrase and anchor text provided. *PR 2+ or higher on the actual link page Blackhat, grayhat, aoutomated software or other illegal methods will not be accepted nor paid for. All URL's must comply with the backlink criteria set forth below and we retain the right to reject URL's that do not meet the below criteria. Backlink Criteria: • All links must be placed on a page indexed by Google (not just cache) and must have been crawled at least once in the last 30 days. • Page Rank 2,3,4,5+ -- Page Rank MUST be based on the page where the links reside not the Home Page. • Only 1-way non-reciprocal links and links must be permanent, active and never expiring. Any link dropped within a 12 month time frame must be replaced. • Links must be from on-topic, unique relevant • The page where our link is placed must be 2 clicks or less from the site's homepage. • No links from directory, free hosting blog, article, social networking, video site, etc. • All links to be permanent HTML links crawlable links: without nofollow tag, cannot be on a links page excluded by a robots tag or use javascript, meta or redirect scripts. • No link exchange programs or web networks such as [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc. • Each link must be from a completely different C-class IP address • Link must come from English language website. • Links must use anchor text provided by us. • Links cannot be placed on framed pages, flash websites, article submission websites, forums/bulletin boards, guest books, directory sites, social bookmarks or classified ads. • All links should be free and not on paid sites. • No link schemes or link farms. • No links to be made using any automated techniques or black/grey hat blog comment spam, referrer spam or ANY other shady tactic. • We reserve the right to remove any link(s) that we deem not suitable. - Absolutely no black hat or gray hat tactics. We require white hat techniques only. - Posts must be written in fluent English, be in line with the blog and not sound like spam and must be at least 2 sentences long. If the comments are alike or some software has been used to leave them, I won't pay for them Reports - Daily spreadsheet containing the following: - Permalink - clickable hyperlink of page here link resides. - PR of link page (not home page PR) - IP address of the site - Site Name - Date of link placement - keyword used and target url (we will provide this date, you will populate accordingly). - If you do NOT read this entire post, DO NOT bid. - This is a MUST: Links must be on pages with no more than 30 outbound links.
