As part of this role, you will be responsible for generating your own pipeline of leads and closing them. The role: Reporting directly to the head of sales, your duties will include: Conduct on-going research to identify new leads, obtain contact information and begin targeting (cold call drives, Linkedin, email campaigns, marketing material input). Generate prospective customers through warm and cold calling or only email. Systemized lead follow up and close Potential clients: Local Business Owners We are looking for someone who is: Hustler, hustler, hustler! Experienced in cold calling and prospecting Demonstrated experience in owning the full sales cycle from lead to close. Job Type: Full-time Salary: To Be Discussed - You will be offered on top of salary an industry-leading commission rate of 10% for the life of the client. An example would be if you bring in a client which signs up to a £2500 a month package (our average price tier) you will take home £250/month for the entire time they are a client. 4 clients and you are making £1000/month on top of your wage. ------ You will be asked to undergo a probation period whereby if you do not show promise, you will not continue on. ----- The goal is to have a team of not only salespeople but train you guys to understand all aspects of this so you can interchange roles within the company.
