Project is for Customer Support and some cold/luke warm calling. 40 hours/ 1 week Potential to grow into a full time role or a sales role Product is data cleansing software similar to Microsoft Excel/Access Customer support consists of walking new / potential customers through the program and helping them use the program to get the result they need. Typically these support sessions are 1 hour. When not on customer support various other activities are needed, particularly answering incoming calls, cold calling, developing reference databases (Like what are the street suffixes in certain countries) and misc other work. Hours are 9Am to 5Pm EST Requirements Enthusiasm Diligence Fluent English Experience with customer support Experience with excel / cleaning data (Customer Lists) Cold calling experience a plus Database experience a plus (Access/Sql server, etc) Skype Please include in your bid for one month why you believe you are the best fit for this project.
