Basic Resume & Cover Letter

Hi, I need someone to write me a basic but professional Resume & Cover Letter. I left high school in year 11 (year 12 is the highest in Australia) then I went to college and studied access 10 and certificate II information technology and digital media and completed them courses. I have two personal references from local businesses for doing odd jobs around where I live but no work experience and I've never had a job I have applied for many jobs but I have never gotten an interview I assume this is down to a bad resume and cover letter. I'm applying for jobs that don't require any qualifications basic jobs for example fast food or shelf stacking so I would like a universal Resume and Cover letter so i don't need to make edits for each job i apply for since i walk around handing them out I need a one for all solution but if you are feeling generous you could also throw in 2 extra edits that allow me to specify the job I'm applying for online. I would also like to give you an extra $200 if i get a job in the next month with your resume & cover letter or $100 if i get a job in the next two month or $50 in the next 3 months. I have never been employed since leaving high school i left at 16 and now I'm 19 turning 20 this year so I'm really desperate to find work and willing to reward anyone who helps me achieve this goal. I would like someone who can screen share with me on Skype and talk me through the resume and cover letter and when I'm happy I will make the payment and leave positive feedback.
