Recovering or getting restitution for property that was stolen from my grandparents after WW 2

There are 2 main parts of my family: the Balogh side (furthest back I know are my grandparents: Martin & Elizabeth Balogh) and the Oswald side (furthest back I know are my grandparents: Michael & Magdalena Oswald). I want to hire a researcher(s) to do 2 things: 1) Research/trace the Balogh & Oswald sides as far back as possible. I think my ancestors arrived in the area of Yugoslavia in the 1700s as part of a mass migration of ethnic Germans called Danube Swabians (Donauschwabens) who migrated to these areas of Yugoslavia from the Danube area of Germany. 2) My father & his parents (Martin and Elizabeth Balogh) lived in a town called Stanišić, The Kingdom of Yugoslavia; later called the Communist country of Yugoslavia; now place is in the northern part of modern day Serbia. The Baloghs owned a 50 acre farm outside the city which was rented by a family who actually lived on the farm and did the actual farming. The tenant farmer than paid my grandfather rent in the form of various types of farm produce and currency, which is what these Baloghs lived on—i.e. selling the produce etc. My grandparents and my father lived in the city. They lived in a rather large grand home. || My mother, her sister, and my Oswald grandparents (Michael & Magdalena Oswald) lived in a town called (Srpski) Miletić, The Kingdom of Yugoslavia; later called the Communist country of Yugoslavia; now place is in the northern part of modern day Serbia. My Oswald grandfather owned a large factory which processed raw Hemp into a form that could be made into cloth, rope, and other products. They lived in a large grand home right next to the factory. Towards the end of and after World War II, the communists & local partisans deported all ethnic Germans out of Yugoslavia, some into slave labor camps, others into Austria and Germany. They were ordered at gunpoint out of their homes and deported. All their possessions and property (homes, businesses, & farms) were confiscated by the communists & partisans without any compensation and then given to other people. My relatives left with only the clothes they wore and what they could carry. The second type of research I need is for the researcher(s) to specifically identify my grandparents homes and businesses—i.e. the Baloghs farm & home and the Oswald’s factory & home. I need as much information as possible, including precise locations, as much detail as possible, who owns these properties now, and estimates of current market values. My purpose is to pursue obtaining monetary compensation for all possessions, homes, businesses, & farms that were confiscated. I need information and documentation to use in my legal pursuit of this compensation. Please respond if you can do some of or preferably all of this research, and how much it will cost($).
