Japanese market analysis -- 2

The project requires a min of business level Japanese and English. The project will consist of updating on monthly basis two Newsfeeds (one for each test) and on a quarterly basis two Newsfeeds & two Baseline updates ((one for each test) through primary and secondary research in the word document template that will be provided. Newsfeeds section includes the following subsections: Pricing, bundling and discounts Event participation Other marketing tactics Strategic Partnerships Baseline includes the following subsections: Organization Marketing Strategy Marketing Initiatives Marketing Channels Marketing Trends Partnerships Exam Structure Score Report Test Prep Use of Test Test Centers Pricing More details will be provided Work estimate A typical Newsfeed update will take about 8 hours. A typical baseline update will take ~16 hours. Therefore, a typical cycle (3 newsfeeds, 1 baseline) will take about 40 hours per tests. For both tests the estimate is about 80 hours.
