Business Plan + Research

Hello, I'm looking for someone to help a client of mine with a business plan. The business idea is to start a small scale Frozen Youghurt kiosk in middle East. Your job will be to analyze the business idea and research about it, find out pros and cons. You will write a detailed and general business plan about the idea, also try to research about the margins, the profit etc. Also, you will research the whole world for the best possible supplier. "Best" means that its cost efficient, cheap and good quality. The most expensive might not be the best. So you will show us three proposals from different manufacturers. It can be from all over the world. Try to find cheap and good manufacture of frozen youghurt. They must supply the "whole concept". You will leave your opinion why you recommend the specific manufacture. The country is northern iraq (kurdistan) so you must have that in mind when doing your research - look how it is going in other middle eastern countries. Only serious bidders, I will not answer "copy + paste" bids.
