2D,3D CAD models of old wood Window

I have a very old double-hung wooden window and need 2D drawings and a 3D model (created from those 2D drawings) to document the current window dimensions, shapes and features. The 2D files must contain measurements, and callouts (that I will provide) so I can print blueprints. I will provide photos and pencil/Powerpoint sketches of the measurements. The 3D model should be zoomable and viewable from any angle using a free 3D CAD file viewer. The 2D, 3D files created must be readable by FreeCad ([login to view URL]) or similar free CAD software. Deliverables: 2D CAD files containing all dimensions and callouts, 3D model files (structure and texture) generated from 2D files and viewable with free software. 3D model saved in .PLY format (for my viewing with other 3D tools). All drawings and filenames in American English. I am open to better documentation ideas such as all dimensions shown in the 3D model (if that is possible. Animation of the window opening and closing is a huge plus, but not necessary. Additional work may be requested to modify the original design with contemporary improvements (which I will specify later).
