Vine row / location CNN development

This project is for the development of a deep learning based plant-identification tool (likely CNN) to be implemented in python and TensorFlow 2.0+. 4 layer raster files will be provided for the training and testing of the input rasters as well as geojson formatted output values indicating the location of the plants and their basic status. Critical aspects of the project must be completed and final details may be worked out over time with the addition of datasets as needed. The tool will include the functionalities required for further training of the NN based upon future data collection as well as different type/goals of the system. Please carefully review the attached document for the outline of requirements as well as deliverables. Please note that no responses that do not contain the Freelancer keyword on the last page will be IGNORED. Please send me an overview description (at least 2-3 sentences) which describe your understanding of the project as well as your experience. I will then share some further data (initial data cases) for review and plan the first phase of this new project.
