I have a google colab noteebook which is ready and working on colab but when I want to run it locally some codes and packages do not load properly and the code does not run on local run time.
The project is to run this notebook on local run time and fix those code lines that initiate the error and finalizing the code for succesfully local running. The code is functioning and available, your job is to make it work locally and create a notebook so that won't error on local runtime.
(Error example: google colab has a specifiec function called magic function that calls a speciefic version of tensorflow to be installed (magic function tensorflow 1.x) but this code does not exist on local jupyter notebook. such code lines should be fixed so the notebook runs on local runtime without issues)
The original colab notebook is available here:

this is part of an open source project and I aim to debug this speciefiec notebook for to run locally.
Hi,
I hope you are doing fine.
I have almost 10 years of experience in machine learning algorithms. I can implement various types of
artificial intelligence algorithms including yours with Matlab, Python (using tensorflow and pytorch) and etc.
I have PhD from Tohoku University and have several journal publications on the subjects. You can see portfolio for my previous
projects.
I read about your project and am interested in working with you. Please send me a message so that we can
discuss more.
Best regards.
Dear employer,
I hold master's in statistics and continuing with Ph.D. in applied statistics making me suitable for this job. Am an experienced statistic writer for three years. Besides I am a skilled;

Hello,
I have done technical training on deep learning using python and also used google colab for it. I am sure I will be able to fix errors in coding
