Simulation for vehicular platooning

I would like a simulation to be done for, vehicles in a platoon and also they would require to transmit the data that would be sent between the cars which would include the value of the data transmitted and the trust between the cars which would be based on the value of the data transmitted. It also includes what kind of data is transmitted to the vehicles in the platoon and how useful would it be to the platoon. The following is the attached file to give you a better idea about the equations that have been formed, and what kind of attributes that would be transmitted among the cars.
