I need failsafe python app, that will start on boot of my Raspberry pi ZERO W. What does needs to do: Recive list of BLE sensors (mac adresses), and find if those sensors are nerby. Those data needs to be send to server every X sec. If there is no wifi needs to save localy and send it when wifi comes. There needs to be page also with settings : WIFI name and PASS. for details contact me.

ive built similar systems in the past, its pretty straight forward. ill be needing a bit more info as to in what format you want this data sent over to your server and about the page with wifi ssid and password, do you mean a webpage because if a webpage (how will you access this page if the pi is not connected to any network) so would you like may be a wifi ap running on the pi that lets you do this. text me back and we can discuss further.
