Here is a CSV: [login to view URL] I need Python3 based parser of this CSV to match certain values in column C against all other values in the csv. For example: On providing an SCF control ID in column C(eg: gov-01), it should tell all the matching frameworks until column BN. There are 3 similar and simple use-cases, all based on matching column C against different columns in the CSV. Need this quickly.
