Scraping from a Scandinavian web site

The project is to scrape data from a Scandinavian web site. It is a lot of data, by different regions. There is a little variation between the regions, all available from the same web site. A complete description is given to the developer, and description of what to be scraped. This is the first phase of a larger scraping project where obviously the chosen developer, if he/she delivers a good project, will get the next phase as well provided the commercial terms are agreed. Ideally the scraper should be done in Python or Excel. 3 stages of the project: Stage 1: Developer shows scraping from one area since 2019. Stage 2: Developer shows scraping results from all areas specified since 2006. Developer will go through the output before delivering it to the client to ensure that the numbers are correct. Stage 3: Developer shows that adding more data (new data) works. Adding to the existing datafiles, or if no files are present then create a new. After that we will close this project and you will be asked to do the next one which is very similar if we agree terms. Please, if you dont have extensive experience in Python, Excel and scraping please do not bid for this. Speaking a Scandinavian language would be a plus but not a requirement. Full project details will be given to the chosen developer. Again, PLEASE do not bid if you are not capable of doing it.
