Create My Own Green Powder

Hello, I am currently developing my own green powder with a company here in sydney. What I need, is someone willing to follow and assist me in all the steps required to finish the project. Right now, I need to outsoure the production of the plastic bottle to an external company and make sure that everything is done properly. Then, once the bottle is delivered, the company here in sydney will put the powder inside and seal everything. Most of all, I need to make sure I am fully protected with IP and patents: shape of the bottle, receipe, brand,...I am not an expert in this field therefore I need a consultant. Please see below the steps that are probabnly going to be required. I am willing to arrange a call today and discuss everything. Step 1 Research and identify grant eligibility, consult grant specialists and if eligible assist with application completion and submission ; Step 2 Become involved with the current product and packaging and assist and advise on all steps of development Including but not limited to formula design and packaging design ; Step 3 Where practical, attend product design refinement meetings and assist and advise during the various stages of further development including specification drawings and prototyping tooling, manufacturing options, per unit cost, pricing and viability assessment; Step 4 Recommend a Patent Attorney, arrange to meet to get initial IP assessment and associated cost estimates. Attend future IP meetings and assist and advise on securing the relevant protection; Step 5 Research, assist and advise with ‘path to market’ and business model options including but not exclusive to: sale or licensing of IP, JV/strategic partnership and private manufacture and distribution; Step 6 Complete SWOT analysis and review; Step 7 Contact and request a proposal from a brand developer to provide product naming, graphic design and packaging design and associated marketing collateral, review and advise on proposal acceptance, attend branding development presentation and refinement meetings. Step 8 If required assist with the preparation of pitch material using drawings, specifications and CADimages prepared by the packaging designer to present to potential licensees, distributors, JV/Strategic Partners contacts if required; Step 9 Subject to the preferred business model (path to market) contact and present the product to potential licensees, distributors etc, follow up and assist and advise on any investment, licensing, distribution or sale negotiations; Step 10 Project Management, mentoring and general commercialisation advice
