I am looking for a senior developer with many years of experience working on complex applications built in Yii. This is for a dispatching web application with company/client relationships and job sharing. It will feature google maps and later will have a mobile application with GPS tracking from the web application. I am looking for not just a freelancer, but a partner to work with on an ongoing basis. The base of this project needs to be done in 2 weeks and will require about 80 hours of work. I need someone who is going to be dedicated to this project and communicates constantly to assure the project is staying on track of it's deadline with minimal setbacks. You must read, speak and write in English perfectly and I would prefer someone who works in EST business hours and at least partially within those hours.
