I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using PHP. A program/ application in PHP which accepts Fingerprint from a reader (suggest a reader) and Stores in DB Also the application should be able to Matche the fingerprint from the MySQL DB in order to identify a person.
