Simple Checkout Page SOAP Modification

I have a VERY simple checkout page that processes single credit card transactions ...through ProPay. The current page communicates using curl with a very basic HTML input form. The current page is less than 500 lines of well-commented code (not including the HTML). I need to modify this existing simple checkout page to use SOAP instead...to allow the page to store buyer information with ProPay for recurring monthly billing. Hourly billing or project pricing is acceptable...however this is ONE simple checkout page, and I do not expect this small project to take more than 30-40 hours maximum, possibly less. Attached is the xml documentation from ProPay. The ONLY actions needed are: - Create a payer - Create a payment method (major credit cards only) (Edit, Delete, Get, Find functions are NOT needed) Also, the recurring billing cycle is initiated by my server (not ProPay). Therefore, you will need to create/populate a simple MySQL database and have an automatic command run daily at midnight Pacific Time to process the appropriate customers as they fall within the monthly billing cycle. The page is hosted on a Centos 6 server running Apache 2.4.10 & PHP 5.4.37 I'm happy to answer any questions or have a discussion regarding scope. Hourly or fixed price is acceptable. -Mike
