Rewrite URL change the word between tag

I have inside Mysql 10k URL and all url contain the name of the product. i have many duplicate url with the same name. I want a php script who look inside mysql row url and get the URL example "10-shampoo-men" then the script will leave the first one intact and change the other for shampoo-men-10 and if found another duplicate men-shampoo-10 and at the end when the words are all taken add a letter s or a number inside. this script will remove all duplicated URL inside mysql.
