Programming expert needed. Css, Ajax, jQuery

I am looking for a website developed (not looking for a design today). I am basically looking for the functionality today. I need something dynamic and user driven. Should be fairly easy for a person that knows ajax, jquery, mysql and css inside and out. Basically I need the functionality to look like this. I have two account types. Club Owners, who assign trainers. Trainers can create or be assigned members by the club owners or from themselves within their account. Members, should only be created by club owners and/or trainers. The trainers should be able to create a training plan for the members and track the info during the training sessions. Weekly or monthly (depends on the members frequency request) the system emails the member their training progress. Pretty simple. I WILL NOT pay up front. I WILL NOT put up escrow/milestones. I will pay you based on goals being met. You can see my feedback. I pay well and will pay for quality and professional work.
