PHP, make a script to show nfdump flows (cisco v9 flows) by normal hours and offpeak hours and totals for each customer

I have been thinkering with a php script that goes to my radius, gets a pppoe client's ip address and shows the internet usage for normal hours and for happy hours (offspeak hours), i need to show totals for both and total for month and have the ability to show for clients with /30s and /29s ip blocks that are not on the radius server. I just need one simple script that will read from nfdump output for time periods and such and shows on a nice web page. i can show the php i have been working on to facilitate development.
