First of all I need to be able to login and create new accounts to this system. I also need different roles, or be able to set access to different users. I want mail address to be username in the system. And password should be calculated for each user. But as admin I must be able to reset a password.
I need a database to keep track of my clients and when I last contacted them. This database need to keep track of
- Company name (Mandatory)
- Company phone number (Mandatory)
- Mail address
- Person on the company I’ve contacted
- Comment about the company (a place I can write a lot of text)
- Date when I last contacted them
I also need a page to access these company profiles in an easy and fast way. I also want to be able to start on the first company page, and then press next and end of the next company page. I also want to be able to go back.
The other thing I need is a place where I can upload files (Maximum of 20mb), and here I need to keep track of different revisions of the same file. So if my client upload a picture of his future ad, and I download it and makes some changes and then upload it again he will see this and can access it again and then upload again. These files also need to be commented, so when I’ve uploaded a file I also want to leave a comment on it. Kind a like subversion system.
I will set up one account for each client so they won’t see each others files, but I will see them all and be able to comment to all or just to one client.
Design is not that important, I just want an easy system to work in. Built on PHP5 and mysql. There’s no need to rebuild everything if a system like this already exists.
