magento - list grid view customization

Hi. I'd like to customize main page for my Magento Store. It's developed with Magento 1.5.0.1 with Contus Groupon-clone added. I need to change main page to list/grid view with with something like in here: Main Example: [login to view URL] Other examples for better understanding the project goals: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I need to have posibility to add many items to the cart from one button Add to Cart, possibility to change QTY (with input boxes and with buttons +-). Products from one category should appear together with one counter and one Add to Cart Button. List should have product attributes fields: Deal Counter1 Product name1, Manufacturer1, Price, Special Price, Discount, QTY with input box and +-Button, Value Product name2, Manufacturer1, Price, Special Price, Discount, QTY with input box and +-Button, Value Product name3, Manufactures2, Price, Special Price, Discount, QTY with input box and +-Button, Value Total Value Add to Cart Deal Counter2 Product name4, Manufacturer2, Price, Special Price, Discount, QTY with input box and +-Button, Value Product name5, Manufacturer3, Price, Special Price, Discount, QTY with input box and +-Button, Value Add to Cart Total Value All should look like on page: [login to view URL] These project requires Magento, MySQL, PHP skills. Store is set up, and function 100% properly but I need these visual modification. It would be very usefull if it could be done with AJAX, for on-line calculating the Discounts,Value,Saves, etc. In addition I can provide some help with links to support forums where similar things are successfully customized, and there are a lot of samples and PHP code.
