Looking for Freelancers to maintain/redesign the running SCM (Supply Chain Management)

We are Supply Chain Service Provider, and our business is in India. Our company's business keeps changing, more and more new requirements/changes to be implemented, and new customer engaged. However, the SCM is going to out of date and difficult to maintain. The worst is that the project lack of full documentation, including system design/architecture, data base design and business logical document, so it is challenge for the new ones. We need find someone living in Delhi or Chennai, to maintain and redesign/reconstruct the running SCM (Supply Chain Management) system, it includes CRM(Customer Relation Management), Logistical, Inventory/Stock management, Statistic Report model. Also we also need someone to help build the team in Delhi or Chennai, to management the projects/tasks, to control the project process and quality. And also need team to analyze/collect and clean up the requirements with team. Description 1. Preparing the project plan, setting the estimated time and managing the assigned tasks 2. Monitoring and following up on the project execution according to the plan 3. Monitoring the progress in the development phase 4. Responsible for bug fixing control and suggesting solutions 5. Managing and reviewing the deliverables batches 6. Supervising the team in the development phase 7. Creating the time sheet to monitor the subordinates’ progress Skills -Minimum total of 5 years of experience in the software industry, 3 out of which working as a Team Leader. (involved both technically and in resource management) - Very good technical skills in PHP applications. - Experience in mobile applications development (iOS and Android) is a big plus. - Excellent leadership skills
