Hi,
I have a repair shop in India and are looking for calling system for my employee's. We are a team of around 78 individual who are providing online and telephone support as well as on site support for wiring and other hardware stuff.
Since last 3-4 years we are growing our self and finding communication with our customers difficult. Here is our main problem.
1. At customer site, there are multiple employee but as per our terms we provide telephone support to only 4-5 employee(our customers employee). But to maintain this policy we need restrictions on my staff wherein they can call only 5 pre-registered numbers of each client.

And there is cost associated to each so we need a system which can DROP the call automatically once the plan is exhausted (with a warning message)
2. Our customers have different business hrs so we need a time restrictions as well. The restriction would be on my employee, for each customer we need a time schedule so for example customer one is aval Mon- Fri 10 : 00 am to 7pm but customer 2 is aval mon - wed 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. ( we can create a group of customers who are in same time schedule and assign the customer to group)
3. there is no fixed extension to any employee, they sit where they feel like and we need to maintain this
4. A web based interface to add new customer del, change the time schedule..etc
5. Full CDR Reporting with customization and filter'
6. The whole system should be such that we can just deploy this to a new location on a new hardware with simple installation steps( iso file )

a->As per my workflow here is the possible call flow:
Note: I am assuming that my customers and its contact are already saved in DB somewhere.
step 1: my call center employee pick the analog phone up
step 2 : he is greeted with a message and then is asked to enter the customer id
step 3: the employee enter a customer id ( numerical, 4-5 digit) like a IVR
step 4: the system then ask for a password for the customer, 4 digit numerical pass
step 5: upon correct pass, the system prompts to select between 1- 5, 1 being sales, 2 being technical support, 3 - reception , 4 - head incharge , 5 - other.
9- change password , 0 - aval. balance
step 6 : the employee press any of the 5 options
step 7: the call is connected
meanwhile, when the call is connected, the timer starts and checks if the customer has support balance or not? if yes then the call will process else error : " no remaining balance"
step 8 : record every call detail.
step 9: optional voice recording (same as other call center)
For inbound calls, there would be a separate IVR which will ask for customer id and there pass, upon success login, they will be asked to a
a)record a message in our voice mail.
b)hear any announcement that we save for them ( computer voice, text to speech/ recorded message)
--> there could be multiple announcement for each customer ( max upto 9)
call blasting / advertising should also be supported ( with a pre recorded message)
--> IMPORTANT : we will be the whole sole owner of the system, there is a strong Requirement for a NON - Disclosure agreement between both of us.
--> Full source code as well as deployment steps should be well trained to our staff
--> any config. that need to made while deployment should be submitted to us
--> We may choose to replicate the system on multiple centers ( all owned by us ) with out any charge per installation basis .
--> we have our small IT team, they will assist you during the development process and they need to be trained to handle the system once deployment is done.
--> expect some minor changes mid way of the development process and we can adjust that in the fee as well.
--> we will prefer a long term relationship with the dev. team for AMC support
