easy plugin for wordpress site

We need a Wordpress plugin for our charity site that deals with Orphans [login to view URL] Our max budget is $50 for this initial work. If this goes well we are looking for a long term association on per hour basis. We need a simple Wordpress that will do the following 1. There will be a signup form open to public , where someone can add /propose an orphan with all the relevant fields. 2. Designated admins will view ,edit , add relevant details and approve or deny the orphan. If it is approved the orphan details will be live on the website 3. Any donor by registering can sponsor one or more child. 4. The payment details will be added by the admin along with relevant photos. 5. On the website everyone can see the orphans who are already sponsored or who are waiting to be sponsored. For the ones that is sponsored the donor can see all the details and the others will see who sponsored the child or name undisclosed. This is a charity website so our funds are limited.
