$4/hr Dev. 5+ on PHP, JavaScript JS - Long-term

I'm looking for a Full-stack developer in PHP to work with on an hourly-based contract for the long-term. You need to be self-disciplined or self-motivated to do your work: - If you are the person where you will not start your work if the client doesn't push you or doesn't msg you: "Hello, did you do your work today?", then you're NOT the person I'm looking for. So have a check on yourself before you read: "Can I give this client minimum of 30 hours per week at $4/hr rate and working as hard as I can?" --------------------------------------------------------- Working Style: - I assign tasks, you deliver results with a good sense of deadline. Usually on a weekly basis. - The tasks assigned will be detailed with information sufficient, sometimes with explanation videos. - All tasks assigned will be presented and recorded in a shared Google doc. - Once tasks are assigned, you're responsible to finish them asap. - I will respond to your urgent questions, however, you should be able to understand everything by checking the doc. Laid off: - You will be laid off if you have your assigned tasks but didn't work on them for over two weeks since the tasks were provided. Flexibility and Other earning potentials: - Although our contract is on an hourly basis, I can set up fixed contracts to target specific functions when I think it is necessary. (with you understand the project overalls) - I will reward you bonus every once a while for your outstanding performance on time, quality, and communication. (your work reports, issues management, bring in new things onto the project) Gain your trust: - To deliver on schedule, to be on time, to write short report messages to update me where you're on the tasks are considered valuable qualities, if you can create habits like those I want to work with you. - Your hourly rate will rise but it will not happen anytime soon, make sure you deliver, if you don't see a rise coming try over-deliver. Make sure you demonstrate your value via your work, not words, certainly not excuses. Your First project: - Existing script is in PHP using the Laravel framework - Software Version PHP 7.x, MySQL 5.x - Files included: JavaScript JS, HTML, CSS, PHP, SQL, Layered PNG - You can mention in your bid if you want to look at the code file.
