Delete WooCommerce Orders Restriction

Hi, for this we need to create a place where admin, super admin (higher role) can enter a pin for the woo agent role and save to db for each agent. And I'll create a option there to send the pin in email too. And when a order delete I'll popup a dialog box with a input to pin and confirmation so only if they enter the pin they will be able to delete the order. Also I'll add php level validation (not only javascript) to make sure they cannot bypass the restriction by switch off the javascript in browser. thanks
