I need some changes to an existing website. 1) I want to build an xml get request process that will fetch data from a provider ([login to view URL]) and store that data in my database. 2) I want a forecast model created in the database using the new data source (A local solution exists but the goal is to automate this using a SQL store procedure). 3) Connect the database to the front end website and display the forecast. Only candidates with previous relevant experience will be considered. Candidates should be proficient in SQL and PHP. The ideal candidate will understand the game of soccer. Project budget $500
