Assist with Project Management : Development of a Job Portal

Hi I am developing a job portal for life science industry and the technology platform will be either PHP or asp.net. This will be a 30-100days project depending on the functionalities we built in. The position is purely temporary which requires considerable amount of engagement during planning process and comparatively lower engagement during execution. The estimated work hours required in this project would be 10 hours per week I am looking at someone with a sound technical knowledge in PHP and/or asp.net with project management skills. He has to think through as a buyer and help me manage the project. The key requirements are Create RFPs and submit to freelancers. (The RFFs to be written considering technical aspects and should be neat and to the point) Evaluate the business proposals from different web developers/freelances Shortlist and select vendors by a thoughtful technical analysis Create project document detailing the required specifications and functionalities Evaluate the project proposal/development plan provided by the vendor Advice the sponsor on any shortfalls, loopholes for risks in the projects Engage in product development process and review the code Analyse any potential issues in the code and propose remediation actions to the vendor Plan unit test and integration tests Review unit test and integration test documents Ensure the project is planned precisely and being executed as per the timelines Anchor project review meetings and track the project progress Ensure smooth transition of development to go live If you fill you are a good fit, please apply Ravi
