the requested Applications features are: 1- For customer (Existing Customer) - register with e-mail and password - provide full name + contact number + project location via map . -When customer register they will be assigned permanent project number as an unique id - Project number will be used for all their future request for services and maintenance via app - To send push notification via app to the customer who requested service the time and technician name that will attend. 2- General app users - To be able to send push notification offers + news to anyone with the app including registered customers If you have any other useful things that can be added to the above . regards 3- Company staff (up to 10 technicians) - schedule and maintenance request to my registered technician -Technician to send report to management about customer maintenance performed -Technician to send request or notes to other technician via app and copy of that always goes to management - Technician to send photo to management only regarding certain issues etc. . - Daily Schedule to be sent to technicians and they can select jobs but green light (approved )from management only 4- Management ( 1 User) Admin Panel: -To manage everything from desktop on app or on site and can access all information -To send invoice amount in advance to specified customer when they request known service - To send invoice amount to specified customer when out of warranty service performed - To send invoice amount for spare parts or add on unit
