Add SocialEngine Payment Gateway

We are are currently using a third party plugin to manage payment gateways on our SocialEngine site. We would like to add another gateway, CCBill, to the gateways available. The third party app enables us to easily integrate CCBill as payment gateway by creating a skeleton code with appropriate file structure. We are in need of someone to make the needed modifications to the generated files to add CCBill as a payment option. In addition, we will need to have web hooks enabled to cancel subscriptions on our site when a subscriptions fails to renew, or is canceled on CCBills end. In addition, use the web hooks to cancel the subscription billing on CCBill, if the subscription is canceled on our Social Engine site. Additional details on the 3rd party plugin we are using can be provided upon request. In addition we can provide the technical integration details from CCBill on the integration of the payment gateway and web hooks.
