Account Manager

Amped Agency is hiring for a position to manage and help grow existing digital customer relationships for online lead generation and work with our paid media team. Job responsibilities will include: Client reporting, analytics, and proposals. Vendor Management of online lead generation partners Knowledge of digital marketing (PPL, PPC, Display) important. CRM knowledge (Salesforce, Velocify) Experience with online lead generation purchasing and management. Responding to client requests, updates, questions etc. by email or phone. Assisting with client fulfillment, including set up and online affiliate management. Order processing and data entry of new and existing schools. Tracking system operations and updating including some data entry. Customer-centric process improvements. Analysis of delivery for clients including client system reporting, reconciliation, and spot checking of client landing pages. Coordinate, track, and deliver on small-medium client requests that may include collecting of call recordings, lead details, URL's, etc. Collaborating with partner systems to reconcile specific lead statuses against internal systems. Job skill requirements include: 2+ years of professional experience in lead generation, digital marketing, account management, or relevant marketing fields. Higher education marketing and inquiry generation management a plus. Self-starter and analytical curiosity a must. Technology proficiency is a strong plus. Proficient in MS Office intermediate to advanced MS Excel. Proficient in web based tools including reporting and lead management systems. Extremely organized. Effective internal and external communication skills both written and oral. Detail oriented and able to update systems with high accuracy. Needs to be able to process a high volume of small-medium tasks quickly and efficiently. Must be responsive to time-sensitive requests.
