Fix Wordpress/Genesis dropdown menu on Ipad, click does not open sub menus

This is a WordPress website built on the Genesis Framework. The main menu on our website has top level menu items that open sub-menus on hover. These should also open on-click for Ipads however they do not. The menu items have been modified with javascript (in /js/[login to view URL]) to remove the top level links because we don't want people to access those pages, but we want to keep the page hierarchy classes which are added by WordPress: jQuery("#menu-primary-navigation > .no-link > a").removeAttr("href"); This may be interfering with the click function on Ipads, or it could be something else. There is a development site setup to troubleshoot this here: [login to view URL] I think this should be a simple fix, but I don't have access to an Ipad to check. Thank you.
