SMS-to-WEB admin interface

**SMS-to-WEB** We require a set of PHP programs to work as an interface for the administration of SMS messages which are sent from cell phones and received by an Aggregator, who makes them available as XML through an URL, and then to have them published in our clients' web portals. Such set must, at least, have the following modules: 1. Get_XML/M (Cron) 2. User Administration 3. User Application Form 4. Setup and Configuration 5. Get_XML/C (Cron) 6. SMS-to-WEB Admin Interface 7. Flash-Crawler (publisher) Please, see Conceptual Scheme attached. The Flash-Crawler is currently generated by a software that works as an Add-On to Flash MX 2004. Such file has to be used as a template which will be adapted to read from the .XML file generated by Get_XML/C or XML-Listener. Get_XML is a very simple file, like the current one we are using, and we just require to modify it to read the XML recursively and have the cron job done once for the /M version and the appropiate code and instructions for installing it for the /C version for each client. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Our server is a FreeBSD 4.4-RELEASE #0. Running on X86. Module 5 XML-Listener/C must be programmed to work in both Linux and Windows based servers.
