Expert PHP/XML/Flash coder needed

I need help in changing the output of an online app. I have an online app currently that is retrieving stock quotes from a fixed list I input. [price, price change per share, percentage change] The app puts the data into an XML file, that is then read by a Flash program. This Flash program has a display of five "panels", in which to display the data. Here is the problem: I need to have the output display the data in a certain way: 25 stocks on each of four of the panels, and then on the first panel, to display the ten stocks with the largest percentage change. Also, if possible, I'd like the text colors to reflect this info: green for plus amounts, red for minus amounts. The stock name and price colors to be left to whatever I wish. [currently, there is a single setting in the XML file that allows changes in the font color and size.] I also need to have the data update every few minutes (1-10, for example). Currently, it will only update if I manually give a command from an "admin" page I have for this app. The output of the 25/per needs to be changed to not show the percentage change. That info will be shown in the list of 10 most active on the first panel Enclosed is a zip file that has some, but not all the files that are on the server, to give you some idea. It includes the xml file where the data is places so that the Flash file can retrieve and display it. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
