Convert PDF to HTML

I have a one page pdf file which I need converting to HTML in order to pass to a marketing company who will be carrying out an email broadcast on our behalf. The technical guidelines are as follows: HTML When providing creative to Data HQ, the advertiser must ensure that all their links (HREFs and image sources etc) are pre-embedded in the source code, in the correct places. Thomson Directories cannot be responsible for altering client creative in any way. All HREFs / links should be enclosed within quotes “….??. This allows tracking links to work. When designing HTML for emails, designers should avoid using absolute positioned layers in the design of the HTML, as certain browsers cannot format it properly. As there is no cross browser standardisation, the designers should use plain or 'strict' HTML at all times. Search facilities based in HTML mails do not work in many web-based browsers and you should avoid them. No Java script should be included as many web-based browsers will strip it from the email. This will change the format of the broadcast and may have an adverse effect on response. All HTML is to be hosted by the advertiser (otherwise a 2p per email bandwidth cost will be incurred). This HTML should not be hosted on a secure server as otherwise those recipients with high security PCs will not be able to pull the images. Please do not use Word HTML which adds code which does not always render correctly on all recipient applications (Lotus notes etc). HTML creatives must be pure HTML. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) the html document is to be emailed out to UK email addresses ## Platform Windows 98, 2000 and XP MS Outlook
