Add feature to a vBulletin forum mod(repost)

I would like to make some changes with already existent addons for vBulletin: [login to view URL] For this work is simple: - Change some templates. - User will be able to associate a post with a Google Maps marker and it will show in thread a image to show user that the thread has a marker. - In admin we could create some extra filters like USA for main filter and when it select USA it will show another drop down menu with all US states. This will also be shown to users. - Add search option to this mod and to normal search. - Send to friend marker and create a link option to include in blogs and sites. When bid please let me know how much time do you required for this simple project. I'm looking for a stable relationship since I have more php/mysql projects. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
