Social Media Icons

I wish to add social media icons to two Wordpress websites. The successful bidder must be able to demonstrate working icons on some of their own sites for all of the social media below. The icons I am currently interested in are:- - Facebook - Twitter - Google Plusone - Pinterest I will have all of the necessary information plus app and user id's for Facebook and sure I can get the some for the others if they are required. I have tried all kinds of plugins but they just don't work properly and aren't valid in the eyes of social media sites. I would like to add the icons to be contained in a div with the option for me to manually add to the loop or as a plugin. It is important that valid code is used for all icons and that the correct information is supplied in the way of title, content and images. I would like this coding to be flexible so that I can add to it in the future if necessary plus have options to add/remove buttons/counters etc. Thanks
