We are design studio, that design couple of premium themes to sell on Themeforest and others marketplaces.
We have now 2-3 design that we want to give it to programmer who will develop it to wordpress (from psd), with option panel framework that we will give, with meta-boxes, and integrate it with some plugins we will give to the developer.
We also developer, but we dont have time to develop premium themes.
Its long-term relationship, once we will success to get in with one theme (to get the theme accept by themeforest) - we will keep working with the developer with many others themes, all the next 1-2 years.
So the big - main required thing is the developer will know what are the requests by themeforest, you can read it here: [login to view URL]
Some of our themes will have woocommerce integration, and some others not. the first theme will be without woocommerce integration.
We can give offer of: 10% upfront, 20% after we will check the theme after finish, 70% after themeforest will accept and publish the theme on their marketplace.
Other option - to be partner with us and share the profits.

We have to develop wordpress themes from the PSD you will provide instruction about which framework we have to use, meta-boxes and integrate plugins.
As per your requirements you want to sell your premium themes on Themeforst and other marketplaces.
Some of the themes will require woocommerce integration. First theme will be without woocommerce integration.
