site for people while at work

The theme of the site is something for people to do while they are bored at work or while they are taking a break. The site will have things like mini games, quizzes, puzzles, a scrolling news ticker, etc. The site will be a free site, I will not be providing any of the content such as the games, quizzes, puzzles, etc. I'm not sure about the games, whether it should be web based where users come and play and go, and are able to download and play offline as well or some other type of interface. I will leave that up to the coder. I also have no requirement as to the numbers of games, quizzes, and puzzles, I will once again leave that up to the coder. I also want users to have the option to sign up for my mailing list in which they will be notified when new games are added. If it can be an automatic newsletter that includes at least 1 joke or riddle each day then that would be great also. The site should also include a sitemap ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform unsure
