OLAP Cube, Excel, PivotTable, SQL Analysis Services, and Microsoft Data Analyzer

From reading on the internet I think I need one or more of the above technologies to accomplish what I want to do. I have 2 tables that contain 3 relevant fields: ITEM, EXTPRICE, and INVDTE These tables are in a MS Foxpro database. I have setup a linked server in SQL so that I can do queries like this: “select * from openquery(foxprodb, ‘select item, extprice, invdte from artran10 union select item, extprice, invdte from arytrn10’) This particular query will return all of the interesting data needed for this project. What I would like to do is to be able to analyze this data in different ways. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
