We are in need of a company logo and banner graphic design which will become the centerpiece of our business card and web site. We intend to post the web site design project for bid once the logo and banners have been finalized. The company name is "Search2Sales". Our business is search engine marketing, also known as "pay per click marketing" or PPC marketing. Our differentiation is that we are able to provide expertise beyond traditional PPC marketing that results in sales, not simply more web site visitors. Hence, Search-to-Sales. A rough idea would include something such as a magnifying glass to symbolize "searching" and an order or dollar sign that symbolized "sales". But please use your own creative ideas, not just this one. Another image might be one that accentuated the right side or the "Sponsored Links" side of a Google search page, as our service will be based in large part on Google AdWords. Requirements: 1) We are not tied to any colors at this point, although please visit the Google site for ideas. 2) The project will be in two phases; creation of the logo and then the creation of the home page and child page banners. 3) The graphic must be able to work on a business card as well as the web site banners. 4) Must provide .psd or original application file to prove you created an original design. Any stock graphics must be royalty-free. 5) Provide the logo in .gif, .jpg and .png format for web use When bidding, please provide samples of logos for this project, not other projects you have done. We will choose the winning design from those submitted. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Platform: Created in Photoshop and compatable with all web browsers
