email with video streaming feature

The purpose of this program is to provide a skin with a video player. A pre-recorded short video message is parked on a server and plays when a button is clicked on launching the program and video message. The skin is emailed and displayed when opened in a program like Outlook or Outlook Express. The video screen will be present somewhere in the skin. The duration of the video will be less then 2 minutes. As an example a person wants to send a Christmas card as an email that will also play a short video message. The skin in this case will be the Christmas card that is emailed with a screen in the center that will when activated play a short video message. The skin can be modified to fit any occasion, birthdays national holidays any situation. 1. Through the use of a web cam a short video is pre-recorded. It is saved on a server and plays when an email is received and button activated. 2. A user will choose from a number of templates representing a theme or related message to the recorded video. 3. An email displaying the skin will appear when the browser opens the email. The recipient will be instructed to have their speakers turned on and then push the button to see the video. 4. The program will play the recorded massage with as little latency as possible. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The program must work with all Window OS. In the beginning it should work with Outlook or Outlook Express. I will consider other browsers at a later time.
