website with live chat facility and basic data capture form - repost 2

i will be launching a business in the next few months and will be needing a website to handle enquiries, give basic information, collect data and I also like the idea of having a live chat facility available. The business will start as a Migration Agency - helping people with Visas when moving to Australia - we will also look to add more content to the website over time as we intend to offer more traditional recruitment agency services too. A good example of a website(doesnt feature all of our ideas) is [login to view URL] - they also have another webpage - [login to view URL] another website of a person i used for migration assistance is [login to view URL] - this is a very basic site but they may be all we need? We have put together some ideas on style, colour etc and would like this to be the starting point for the site - we will also need the site to be manageable for ourselves at the end of the project - if for example we wish to change a bit of text here and there for example. This project will definitely be happening - we see the starting point as being a two-way discussion on what we feel we need and what we actually need.
