Website Design for Startup (Start to Finish)

We would like a talented web designer to build us the first functional building blocks of what is to be a world class online employment service provider. The exact requirements are illustrated in the Excel Spreadsheet attached. He or she will be in complete charge in terms of executing the project deliverables. He or she will also be in close contact with the company founders throughout the project to ensure an effective and efficient execution. His or her insights or suggestions throughout the project will be much appreciated. The end deliverables of the project are functional and reliable building blocks as outlined in the attachment. All together, the project will be used to kick-start an online employment service provider. Iterations will follow afterwards to improve the capabilities of the website in the future.
