Web needed

The following 3 websites are examples of the quality I need, but I do not need the amount of content they contain. [login to view URL] (complex site - containing age verification landing page) [login to view URL] (simpler site - containing JQuery product rotation) [login to view URL] (VERY COMPLEX, far from my needs, but the color layout and simple banner/logo integration & JQuery style, are what I want) I AM NOT LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO UPSELL ME ON CREATING A VERY COMPLEX WEBSITE. I WILL *ignore* BIDS LIKE THIS. What I am looking for is someone who understands the needs of a small capital startup. I am code wise enough to manage many aspects myself, however there are hurdles I am struggling to overcome. So I have decided to see what it will cost to have someone else build an - E-Commerce website (using a template from Volusion and customizing it, would be ideal) Custom Logo/Banner (layout like Johnson Creek) Custom JQuery Product Rotation (I will provide sample pictures) & change them myself later Custom AGE VERIFICATION page (like Avid Vapers) I created this -[login to view URL] - in about 20 minutes, most of which was already built by Volusion I have a basic idea of what this should cost, both freelance and by a firm and it should be rather easy for someone who knows what their doing.
