Urgently require COUPONIC website - Only Experienced Devs

I quickly need someone to setup a COUPONIC (uniprogy) website. Must be someone with previous experience of Couponic and a Couponic portfolio they can show me. We can use graphical templates instead of custom artwork and whatever else is required to speed up the process. Maybe using a certain hosting provider would speed the process up? Here's the bad news: This has to be done in TWO (2) weeks only. Very strict on this time limit. Please immediately provide: - Your price - Your previous Couponic work - Whether you are absolutely sure you can do this job within a 2 week period. My company has very good ratings and spent tens of thousands of dollars on Elance and oDesk and this is the first time I am using Freelancer.
